Campaign & Media Manager

Melbourne | 12 month contract | Integrated Campaigns & Media

We’re looking for an experienced Campaign & Media Manager to join a large, well-established consumer organisation, taking ownership of integrated marketing campaigns across a busy and highly collaborative marketing environment.

Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Creative and Media, you’ll ensure campaigns move seamlessly from initial brief through to launch, optimisation and post-campaign review.

This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong media knowledge with excellent campaign management skills and enjoys bringing structure to complex, fast-moving projects.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of paid and integrated campaigns, coordinating internal teams and external agency partners to ensure work is delivered smoothly, on time and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing integrated campaigns from initial brief through to execution and post-campaign review
• Developing and executing campaign-led media strategies
• Coordinating marketing, creative and media stakeholders throughout campaign delivery
• Establishing and managing timelines, approvals and feedback processes
• Translating marketing objectives into clear creative and media briefs
• Managing day-to-day relationships with media agency partners
• Overseeing media planning and buying across TV, radio, OOH and digital
• Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to optimise activity
• Managing campaign reporting, dashboards and post-campaign reviews
• Tracking campaign and media budgets
• Ensuring campaigns meet relevant approval, governance and compliance requirements
• Helping improve campaign processes and ways of working across the wider marketing team

What we’re looking for

You’ll be an experienced campaign and media professional who is comfortable managing multiple moving parts and bringing together different teams to get great work into market.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Strong understanding of media strategy, planning and execution
• Experience across both traditional and digital media channels
• Experience working closely with media agencies and creative teams
• Strong project and campaign management skills
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines and priorities
• Experience managing campaign or media budgets
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively within a large, complex organisation

You could come from an in-house marketing team, media agency or integrated agency environment. What’s most important is your ability to combine media expertise with strong campaign delivery.
