ARKA PROS INVESTMENTS PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its retail business in QLD 4507.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily retail operations and ensure smooth store performance.
2. Lead, supervise and support retail staff, including staff scheduling and allocation of duties.
3. Monitor sales performance, stock levels and inventory movements.
4. Maintain appropriate merchandising, presentation and customer service standards.
5. Manage ordering, receiving and replenishment of stock.
6. Monitor operational costs and assist with achieving sales and profitability targets.
7. Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
8. Ensure workplace, health and safety and relevant retail procedures are followed.
9. Prepare operational reports and communicate business performance to management.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a retail management or senior retail supervisory role.
2. Strong staff leadership and communication skills.
3. Good knowledge of stock control, sales and retail operations.
4. Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
5. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
