Casual/Relief Tanker Driver (MC)
- Drive B-Double Tankers for the delivery of raw materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

The role
Hy-Tec currently has an opportunity for an experienced Multi-Combination (MC) licenced Driver to drive B-Double Tankers, primarily working out of our Brisbane sites on a casual basis. Working Saturday's and Sunday's, you will be responsible for the loading and delivery of raw materials used in the production of concrete and aggregates to multiple sites, as well as for vehicle upkeep.

To be successful in this role you will enjoy working with a wide variety of people and have a strong commitment to health and safety. You will have the ability to prioritise your work, be flexible and feel pride in doing a good job. To apply you must already hold a MC licence and have at least 12 months driving experience in multi/heavy combination vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Load and deliver raw materials to company sites
- Ensure safety, health & environment standards are maintained
- Comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and mass management requirements
- Complete basic documentation
- Maintain professional customer relationships
- Maintain the vehicle in a clean and tidy condition
What you will need to succeed
- Current MC drivers licence and be able to provide driver licence history check - essential
- A reliable team player attitude with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and sense of integrity to allow you to work independently
- Previous tanker experience advantageous but not required
- Relevant building/concrete industry experience advantageous but not required

- Be able to work 12 hour shifts
