Job Title: Commercial Maintenance Plumber
Location: Sydney Metro
Salary: $50–$55ph + Van, Fuel Card & Super
Our client is a well-established commercial plumbing contractor with a strong presence across Sydney and is seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join their growing team.
Working across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties including office buildings, retail centres, education facilities, strata, and industrial sites, you will be responsible for delivering both reactive and planned maintenance services.
The Role
• Commercial plumbing maintenance and repairs
• Leak detection and fault finding
• Drain clearing and general plumbing works
• Hot water system repairs and replacements
• Backflow prevention and TMV servicing
• Emergency and breakdown response
• Minor project and upgrade works
Requirements
• NSW Plumbing Licence
• Current Driver's Licence
• White Card
• Previous commercial maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Backflow and TMV accreditation highly regarded
