• Conduct health assessments and provide clinical care across various BCH sites and outreach locations
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, and health professionals to develop individualised care plans
• Support health promotion activities and chronic disease prevention initiatives
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with privacy and health legislation
• Participate in quality improvement activities and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Bachelor or higher degree in Speech Pathology.
• Current practising SPA membership.
• Demonstrated understanding of holistic, preventative health care models
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
• Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
