    About the Company:

Our client is a mobile and in-clinic service based in the rural NSW town of Tamworth. Currently, the team consists of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and speech pathologists. All of whom have a diverse range of skills and interests, particularly in the areas of hand, musculoskeletal, neurological and paediatric therapy.

Considerable thought has been put into establishing systems that streamline the necessary communication and admin compliance that comes with working across these various schemes. Our aim is to have clinician’s time and energy focused on improving their patient’s outcomes and never feeling overwhelmed by paperwork.

    About the role:

As a physiotherapist you will be required to provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of clients in both a clinical and in-home environment. You will be required to work independently and also liaise with a team of Allied Health professionals to manage the needs of a variety of clients.

Being a mobile service, you will be required to travel to client’s homes and local businesses around Tamworth and its surrounds. Due to the extra time that is allocated for travel and admin, you would typically be seeing four to seven patients on a regular work day. You have the freedom to inform admin as to the structure of your schedule and work hours, in alignment with the business’ goals.

The caseload will be a mixture of Private, NDIS, Lifetime Care, Workers Comp/CTP, and My Aged Care clients. The majority of the caseload can be tailored to fit your skills and interests, however, a therapist who is confident in managing the needs of neurological or paediatric clients would be most desirable at this point in time.

A two week paid on-boarding/ training process will be provided, wherein you will spend time with the practice manager learning the business' software and systems, and attend joint appointments with our physiotherapists.
