We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-performing team delivering modern, customer-facing digital solutions.

This role is ideal for an engineer with strong frontend capabilities in React and Next.js, backed by solid experience developing scalable backend services in Java. You'll work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with architects, engineers and product stakeholders to build cloud-native applications that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain modern web applications
• Build responsive and scalable user interfaces using React and Next.js
• Develop and enhance Java-based APIs and microservices
• Contribute to architecture, technical design and engineering best practices
• Work within AWS cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile delivery environment
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance and security

Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience with React and Next.js
• Solid backend development experience using Java
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
• Exposure to AWS cloud technologies
• Strong understanding of modern engineering and DevOps practices
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable

• TypeScript experience
• Docker, Kubernetes, ECS or EKS exposure
• Event-driven architecture experience
• Previous experience within financial services or insurance environments
• Exposure to AI-enabled engineering tools
