Our client is looking for friendly, and experiencedHome and Community Support Worker,motivated and ready to join our amazing teamto assist our clients with independent living within their own home.
This ensures clients receive services and support tomaintain a safe, independent and high quality of life.

Essential Qualifications
Certificate III Individual Support (Aged Care/Home & Community) (or higher) or similar highly desirable.
Australian Driver's Licence
Motor vehicle (car) with current registration and full comprehensive insurance that can beused for work purposes. Vehicle must undergo completion of quarterly vehicle check.
Copies of licence, registration and insurance must be provided prior to commencement and upon renewal.
Mobile phone (smart phone). It is the responsibility of the carer to ensure the phone is switched on, charged and has sufficient credit, including data, at all times during worktime.
Medication Skill Set highly desirable.
Experience in the delivery of care outcomes for older people.
Experience in achieving outcomes and skill development.
Sound level skills in office systems, procedures, documentation and record keeping.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders.
Flexibility in work and thought processes to be able to multitask on a variety of diverse work types at the same time.Personal Attributes:
