About the Role:
In accordance with our 'Life Care Way' you are responsible for assisting 'people in our service'throughactively creating and promoting an environment that will enhance each persons life experience.
Reporting to the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will assist clients to reach their greatest potential by maximising their independence and promoting an environment that will enhance their ability to Live Every Day.
Working in partnership with our families and volunteers, you will achieve this by providing care and engagement to our clients through the effective delivery of social and/or engagement programs.
About You:
We are seeking to appoint a warm, friendly individual who has the ability to relate to older people with empathy and understanding. You will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, and a competent level of computer literacy.
Your education and experience:
- Flu vaccination
- COVID-19 vaccinations (current)
- Cert III Individual Support or Cert IV Leisure & Health
