About Our Client

Job Description

Reporting into the head of Revenue & Distribution, the Revenue Manager position sits in a wider team divided by geographic region. You will own a portfolio of properties with overall responsibility for maximising yield for both the business and it's clients. Core responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise revenue and occupancy.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives.
  • Utilise analytics tools to forecast demand and optimise inventory distribution.
  • Provide recommendations for promotional activities and discounts to drive sales.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.
  • Ensure effective communication of revenue strategies across relevant stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Revenue Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in revenue management or a related field within the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems and analytics tools and comfort with new technology.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on maximising revenue opportunities.
  • A relevant degree in business, analytics, or a related field would be advantageous.
