Green Light Worldwide have a requirement with our client partner for a Digital Business Analyst join their team on a 6-month assignment with possible extensions
Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and validate functional and non‑functional requirements for the MAS 9.1
- Gather, analyse and document business and customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and business requirements.
- Work closely with Product Owners, designers, developers and testers to deliver digital solutions.
- Support backlog refinement, prioritisation and Agile delivery activities.
- Translate business and customer needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
- Support UAT, defect management and release activities.
- Use customer insights, analytics and research to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor digital product performance and recommend enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst delivering digital products
- Experience working on customer-facing mobile applications (iOS/Android) and web platforms is essential.
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules and process flows.
- Strong Agile experience working within Scrum and/or Kanban environments.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working with Product Owners, developers, testers and designers.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations and technical solution delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to work across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting UAT and delivery activities.
- Exposure to digital analytics, customer insights or UX research tools is desirable.
