- Circa $40ph + super | weekly pay
We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator for a temporary assignment with one of our real estate clients in SOR. This role would suit someone who is organised, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
Previous sales administration experience is essential, as the successful candidate will need to hit the ground running with minimal training and provide immediate support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, invoices and customer documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
About You:
- Proven experience in sales administration is essential.
- Prior experience with CRM's a must
- Strong data entry and order processing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Available to commence at short notice.
