Finance System Administrator

Job Title: Assistant Financial Systems Administrator | TechnologyOne Support a complex Australian Government finance environment as an Assistant Financial Systems Administrator, managing TechnologyOne, Expense8, financial reporting, system interfaces and end-of-period processes.

Location: ACT
Contract Duration: 9 November 2026 to 9 November 2027
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline
Closing Date: 2PM Monday 26 October 2026

Essential Tasks:

• Administer the finance system, generate financial reports and manage daily system interfaces.
• Support Expense8 administration and provide advice on travel and credit card matters.
• Undertake month-end and year-end processes, reconciliations and data integrity activities.
• Develop system enhancements, user training, procedures and finance system support.

Key Criteria:

• Strong experience analysing, developing and implementing financial systems and procedures.
• Demonstrated analytical capability across financial information and financial reporting.
• Experience interacting with and developing financial systems in a complex environment.
• Sound judgement with well-developed liaison, negotiation and communication skills.
