THE ROLE: 

• Generate leads via cold calling, networking & outreach
• Convert prospects into signed managements
• Build strong referral partner relationships
• Conduct rental appraisals & advise landlords
• Represent the agency at events & meetups
• New business leasing
• Keep CRM updated with leads & activity    

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE: 

• Current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Valid QLD Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle 
• 2+ years’ experience as a Real Estate BDM
• Driven by growth and success
• Excellent communication & time management skills
