- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyse and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop clear and detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment among project teams.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing support for project delivery and post-implementation reviews.
- Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:
- 10+years of Business analysis experience leading cross functional and transformative projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex systems and processes.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and process workflows.
- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience across enterprise applications, integrations, data and analytics, cyber security, operating model or service management initiatives
- Advanced experience facilitating workshops and meetings for collaborative outcomes.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Adaptability to work in a temporary role and deliver results within defined timelines.
