About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated Sterilisation Technicians to support our highly skilled clinical team in both Full-Time and Part-Time positions. Your role will be vital in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our hospital's surgical services.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Clean and sterilise surgical instruments and hospital equipment
- Operate and maintain steam and hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilisation systems
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures
- Maintain stock levels in theatre spaces
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Collaborating effectively with team members while also working independently
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Certificate III in Sterilisation Services
- At least 1 year of full-time experience as a Sterilisation Technician
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- A strong sense of teamwork and reliability
