Maintenance Carpenter

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Carpenter to join our growing Turner Plus team.

This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys the variety that comes with maintenance and repair work. All along the North West Coast.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and minor building works across residential and commercial sites — delivering high-quality results with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Performing carpentry maintenance and repair tasks to a high standard
2. Working autonomously to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
3. Communicating clearly with clients, tenants, and site managers
4. Managing your time, materials, and documentation effectively
5. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
6. Representing Turner Plus with pride and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

1. Qualified Carpenter (Cert III in Carpentry or equivalent)
2. Experience in maintenance, repair, or service-based carpentry
3. High attention to detail and excellent workmanship
4. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
5. Able to work independently and manage your own workload
6. Current driver’s licence and White Card
