SMAART Recruitment has partnered with a premium global healthcare brand specialising in orthopaedic supports, braces and recovery products. Their products are used by everyday customers, healthcare professionals, Olympic athletes and professional sporting teams across the AFL, NRL, Rugby Union and NBA.
They are looking for a friendly and confident Customer Service & Sales Consultant to join their Sydney team.
What you'll be doing:
- Helping customers face-to-face in store, over the phone and via email
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
- Assisting with product fittings and general enquiries
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Supporting the wider team across customer service and sales
- Building your product knowledge through ongoing training
What we're looking for:
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- A friendly, helpful and professional approach
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Interest in health, sport, recovery or wellness
- Sport Science, Health Science or similar studies are highly regarded, but not essential
- Full Australian working rights and availability for full-time work
What's in it for you:
- $60,000 - $70,000 + super
- Quarterly bonus
- Full-time permanent position
- Sydney CBD and North Ryde locations
- Monday - Saturday rotating roster with no Sundays and every second weekend off completely
- Ongoing product and industry training
