At Journey Early Learning Templestowe, we're looking for an enthusiastic Educational Leader to guide our teaching team, support continuous improvement, and help every child thrive.

At Journey Early Learning Templestowe, youβll join a close-knit and supportive team within our welcoming 45-place, single-level centre.
With a long-standing team known for being flexible, friendly, and genuinely helpful, youβll feel supported from day one. Our play-based approach is inspired by Reggio Emilia, Montessori, and child-led learning philosophies, encouraging educators to follow childrenβs emerging interests and voices to create meaningful learning experiences.
Children enjoy exploring our separate Nursery yard and shared Toddler and Kinder outdoor spaces, along with regular excursions to local parks, cafΓ©s, community centres, and tennis clubs.
Conveniently located with street parking and a bus stop right outside the service, Templestowe offers a warm, collaborative environment where educators can grow, contribute ideas, and make a real impact every day.Β π

π Support compliance with the National Quality Framework and contribute to exceeding outcomes.
π Inspire your team through coaching, modelling best practice, and professional development.
π What You'll Bring
βοΈ Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
βοΈ Current Working with Children Check.
βοΈ Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards.
βοΈ Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
βοΈ A passion for supporting educators and creating outstanding outcomes for children.
