GROUP THERAPIST: Counsellor/Mental Health Nurse Therapist/Psychologist /Social Worker
Part time – 3 days per week, must include Wednesday and Thursday (3rd day flexible)
About The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible, and innovative individual with specialised skills and experience in the delivery of general psychiatric and substance use and addiction groups to work within the Inpatient Therapy team.

- You must be a collaborative team player with a positive, flexible, and adaptable outlook and have highly developed group therapy skills.
- You will demonstrate a commitment to excellence, a strong interest in program development and a passion for delivering high-quality care and services to people with complex mental health issues.
Skills and Experience:
- Qualified and registered Mental Health Nurse Therapist, Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Counsellor, Group Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an adult mental health setting.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of group therapy.
- Strong understanding and experience working with people of all ages and a range of complex presentations.
- Training and experience in several theoretical frameworks, i.e., DBT, Schema, ACT, CBT, MI, trauma-informed therapies, Relapse Prevention and Solution Focused.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and evaluate evidence–based group interventions.
- A flexible, innovative, and compassionate approach to working with resistance.
Renumeration:
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and as per the relevant Delmont EA.

Requirements:
