About the Opportunity
The program aims to provide recent graduates a variety of operational experiences, mentoring and coaching to facilitate their transition to a multi-skilled and job ready professional within the Project team at Rokon.

About you
To be considered, you need to demonstrate the following:
- Completion or completing formal tertiary education within the following: Civil Engineering, Construction or Project Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
- Confidence to engage with all levels, including with clients.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to various sites.
- Drivers’ license and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to work on site with our construction teams.
Successful candidates will also be provided regular reviews and consistent development opportunities throughout the program.
