We are seeking two experienced and passionate Chefs to join our growing team on a full-time basis. If you take pride in your cooking, value food quality and enjoy working in a dynamic kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Filipino, Asian, grilled and seafood dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation. You will contribute to menu development and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen to ensure an excellent dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, season and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes, portion requirements and presentation standards.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, marinades and other kitchen components from scratch.
• Contribute to menu planning, recipe development and the introduction of new dishes.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, storage and portion control.
• Assist with stock control, inventory management, ordering supplies and receiving deliveries.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, sanitation and workplace health and safety standards.
• Coordinate kitchen activities during service and assist in training and supporting other kitchen staff.
• Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely food service.
• Minimise food waste while maintaining consistency and quality across all menu items.

Skills and Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant experience as a Chef or in a similar role.
• A qualification in Commercial Cookery, Hospitality or a related field.
• Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Experience in Filipino, Asian, seafood and/or grill cuisine will be highly regarded.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards.
• Strong time management, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A proactive, reliable and professional approach to work.
