Job Description

As part of the internal sales team, you'll play a key role in supporting customers, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and following up quotations
• Assisting customers with product enquiries and replacement solutions
• Processing purchase orders and sales orders
• Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing, availability and lead times
• Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
• Providing administrative and sales support to the wider team
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Learning the company's products and systems to become a trusted internal contact

You'll work closely alongside an experienced Internal Sales team member who will provide ongoing support and training as you develop in the role.

The Successful Applicant

• We're looking for someone with approximately 2+ years' experience in an internal sales, customer service, sales support, or order processing environment.
• The ideal candidate will be someone who is organised, proactive and eager to learn.
• Industry experience is not essential, as full product training will be provided.
• You will have strong attention to detail, experience managing quotes and purchase orders.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to build a long-term career within a growing business.
