As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and analytical Method Analyst with a passion for innovation, strategic thinking, and business growth. This hands-on role focuses on assessing how emerging technologies impact people, processes, and operational support. Working collaboratively across business, technology, and delivery teams, you will help shape and optimise business processes, evaluate organisational impacts, and ensure teams are equipped to successfully adopt, implement, and support new technologies and ways of working.
Key responsibilities
·Conduct detailed analysis of market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives and projects.
·Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
·Develop documenting workflows between sales, customer success, and product teams to automate bottlenecks.
·Review risks, process gaps and areas where teams may not be ready to adopt the new ways of working.
·Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
·Advise on business and technical processes, including pricing and support models and escalation pathways.
Skills Required
Degree or master’s in business management, finance, accounting or a relevant field
Proven experience in business analysis, pricing, or process improvement roles
Strong command of data analysis and reporting
Advanced communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Salary - $ 85,000- $ 100,000
