This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Property Manager, Onsite Property Manager or Building Manager to join this rapidly growing developer and manage a stunning building. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Some duties and responsibilities of the role listed, but not limited to:
- Management of a clean and tidy portfolio
- Property Management
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
- Rental arrears management
- Maintenance
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Residential Property Managers accepted
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Property Management
- Great time management skills, interpersonal skills and trouble shooting skills
- Ability to be a self motivator and work in a team environment
- Ability to preform all round duties to support the rest of your team
