Joining a highly regarded and growing tax team, you will work closely with leading partners on a broad mix of advisory and transactional matters.

About the Opportunity:

The role offers genuine client contact, significant autonomy and the opportunity to develop into a trusted adviser to sophisticated clients.

Key areas of work include:

• Tax structuring and implementation for M&A transactions, investments, divestments and corporate reorganisations
• Advising on tax considerations across financing transactions, funds and joint ventures
• Complex direct and indirect tax advisory work
• Drafting and negotiating tax provisions within transaction documentation
• Engagement with revenue authorities, including rulings and clearances
• Working alongside corporate, private client and dispute resolution teams on integrated client matters

About You:

• Admitted lawyer with approximately 4-5 years’ gained within a leading law firm or professional services environment and have built a strong foundation in taxation law.

• Strong advisory and transactional tax experience
• Exposure to corporate, private group, funds or investment-related matters
• Excellent technical, drafting and analytical capability
• The ability to translate complex tax issues into practical commercial advice
• Confidence working directly with clients and external advisers
• A proactive, commercially minded and collaborative approach
