Senior Site Manager

We're representing an established luxury residential builder with an exceptional reputation for delivering some of Sydney's finest luxury homes.
With multiple projects currently underway across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore, and several landmark homes commencing shortly, the business is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take ownership of projects valued from $10M through to $20M+.
The Opportunity
This role is suited to an experienced high-end residential Site Manager who understands the level of detail, coordination and craftsmanship required to deliver architecturally designed homes at the premium end of the market.
You will take full responsibility for site delivery from commencement through to handover, managing programme, trades, consultants, quality control and client expectations throughout the build lifecycle.
Current requirements include leadership across projects within the Eastern Suburbs + Lower North Shore, with additional opportunities emerging across Sydney's premium residential markets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering luxury residential projects valued at $10M+.
- Strong background managing complex architectural homes involving high-end finishes and bespoke detailing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors.
- Professional presentation and leadership style that drives quality, programme and site culture.
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or Building preferred.
- Experience gained either working for leading luxury residential builders or operating your own successful building business will be highly regarded.
