The opportunity
This isn't a traditional eCommerce role. As Senior Manager eCommerce Trade, you'll sit at the intersection of commercial performance, customer experience and digital capability.
What you'll be doing
- Own and lead rebel's digital trading performance across revenue, conversion, margin, average order value, customer experience and long-term customer value.
- Develop and execute trading strategies that optimise onsite performance and deliver profitable online growth.
- Identify and prioritise high-value opportunities across pricing, promotions, content, search, availability and fulfilment.
- Influence the digital roadmap, ensuring investment is focused on initiatives that deliver commercial and customer outcomes.
- Drive continuous optimisation through analytics, experimentation, customer insights and performance data.
- Lead the adoption of new digital capabilities including platform enhancements, customer data initiatives and trading tools.
- Build, coach and inspire a high-performing team while creating a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience leading eCommerce trading within a retail or consumer business.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of digital trading, website optimisation and online operations.
- A track record of delivering growth across sales, conversion, margin and customer engagement.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
- Commercial acumen, analytical thinking and confidence influencing senior stakeholders.
