Job description: Role:Senior Educator (Room Leader)
Location: Leeton, NSW
Centre: Goodstart Leeton
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time (38 hours a week)
Pay: Up to $45.50 per hour

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

* Our welcoming, modern, and newly renovated centre caters for up to 56 children across our Nursery, Toddler and Preschool rooms

You’ll need:
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current NSW Working with Children Check
* Certificate of Completion for the Child Safety Foundation Training (National and Advanced), completed via Geccko platform
