The Role
This is a full-time bartender position at Omnia.
You will run the bar independently. That means owning the setup, the service and the standard - without needing direction on what good looks like. You work within a team that takes the guest experience seriously, but you do not wait for someone to tell you the bar needs attention.
Day to day, you will be:
- Run the bar independently across service, prep and close
- Craft and deliver cocktails and beverage service to Omnia's standard
- Guide guests through the bar menu with genuine knowledge and confidence
- Maintain bar setup, stock, cleanliness and presentation at all times
- Collaborate with FOH and kitchen to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Hold the standard consistently - busy or quiet, watched or not
Who We Are Looking For
We are not looking for someone who needs to be managed. We are looking for someone who manages themselves.
You are right for this role if you:
- Have solid bar experience in a high-standard venue
- Know your spirits, wine and cocktails - and can speak to them with authority
- Can run a bar independently from open to close
- Hold the standard when it is busy and when no one is watching
- Have a genuine instinct for hospitality - you care about the guest, not just the glass
