Senior Estimator
- Manage the growth for a contractor delivering complex projects across various sectors.
- Prepare and submit tenders independently and develop budgets.
- Mentor and develop junior staff within the Estimating team.
Role
Initially manage the growth for sought after contractor known for delivering complex and technical projects across the Education, Lab, Pharmaceutical and Government sectors as they expand into new sectors of construction and the interstate market.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, complete and submit tenders end to end independently and simultaneously
- Develop budgets and monitor project costs
- Collect BOQ's and cost analysis' of project
- Attend tender meetings and additional client meetings
- Mentor and assist with the development of additional Estimating team
Experience required
- Previous Estimating experience running tenders independently in excess of $40M+
- Experience leading and managing a team expanding into new markets or sectors (especially Aviation/Airports) heavily favorable
- Proficient with CostX software
- Previous experience mentoring/developing junior staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
