About the role
Based at Calvary Holmesglen Private Hospital, this part-time position (0.6 FTE) offers an opportunity to establish and lead Mission integration, with potential for growth as Calvary expands its services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Mission leadership as a member of the local Executive team, supporting leaders to embed and advance Calvary’s Mission.
- Monitor and report on progress against the Mission Governance Framework.
- Develop Pastoral Care, volunteering and other Mission priorities.
About you
- Relevant qualifications in theology and/or humanities.
- Experience in healthcare, education or welfare settings.
- Experience in Pastoral Care and/or volunteer services.
- A current driver’s licence.
