SAP FICO Consultant 

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant in Perth to lead SAP Finance implementation and support projects. The role will focus on S/4HANA finance transformation, configuration, complex integrations, and global delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP FICO implementation and support across global delivery teams. 
• Provide expertise across JVA, Treasury, Banking, Taxation and core Finance functions. 
• Manage Controlling, Asset Accounting, Real Estate and financial closing processes. 
• Lead S/4HANA integrations with third-party applications and other SAP modules. 
• Manage finance configurations, workflows, BRF+, validation, and substitution rules. 
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.  

Essential Requirements: 

• 10+ years hands-on SAP Finance experience. 
• Proven architecture leadership experience. 
• Strong S/4HANA Finance transformation experience. 
• Deep SAP FICO configuration, architecture and integration expertise. 
• Strong Treasury, Banking, and Taxation knowledge. 
• Experience managing global delivery teams and multi-country implementations. 
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.  

SAP S/4HANA Finance or Treasury certification, Group Reporting/Consolidation experience, exposure to RISE with SAP or cloud deployments, and relevant tertiary qualifications would be advantageous.
