We are recruiting for a leading financial services group within the wealth and asset management sector. This permanent and full-time role is ideally suited to an experienced Financial Adviser who meets FASEA and ASIC requirements and can commence immediately. The position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, tailored financial advice within a strong compliance-driven and client-focused environment. This role can be remote working based if required.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored financial advice that is suitable, compliant, and in the best interests of each client. This will include fact-finding, risk profiling, and the preparation and presentation of Statements of Advice (SOAs). The role works closely with compliance and risk teams to ensure practices meet all regulatory expectations, while also emphasising client education, long-term relationship management, and supporting the firm’s broader advice proposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal financial advice in line with AFSL authorisations.
  • Conduct fact-finding interviews, financial needs analysis, and risk assessments.
  • Develop and deliver clear, compliant SOAs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed advice records.
  • Collaborate with compliance and risk functions to uphold regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to client education initiatives and support long-term client relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must meet FASEA standards and ASIC requirements as a Relevant Provider.
  • Approved bachelor’s degree or equivalent under FASEA standards.
  • Current registration on the ASIC Financial Advisers Register.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience providing personal financial advice preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of investment products, including managed funds and bonds.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Immediate availability strongly preferred.
