Delivery Driver

We are seeking a friendly and highly personable HR Delivery Driver for a permanent full-time position with a family-owned and operated business.

Based in Canning Vale, this role involves assisting the warehouse team with loading goods and completing multi-drop deliveries across the Perth metro area. With long-standing client relationships, you’ll manage regular runs as well as urgent orders when needed.

This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with both the internal team and clients. The business has a great team culture, provides free breakfasts and lunches regularly, and has excellent staff retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily multi-drop deliveries across the Perth metro area
• Handle a combination of hand offloads and palletised deliveries
• Build strong relationships with regular customers through friendly, professional service
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including pick packing and loading/unloading
• Keep the truck clean, tidy, and well-maintained,
• Plan and prioritise routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries

Key Requirements

• Current HR licence (essential)
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience (preferred)
• Forklift licence or previous experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Positive, customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
• Willingness to assist in the warehouse as needed
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police clearance
