Forklift Operator | Dandenong South | Ongoing Role
$39.28 per hour + Super | Weekly Pay | Day Shift (6:00am to 2:00pm)
Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for a stable opportunity with a well-established food manufacturing and distribution business in Dandenong South?
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator with strong warehousing experience to join a busy and fast-paced operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role and is confident operating both high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect and dispatch goods in line with operational procedures
- Operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks
- Pick, palletise and move stock accurately
- Complete cycle counts and assist with stocktakes
- Maintain accurate inventory records and data entry
- Perform general warehouse duties as required
- Follow all OH&S policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised workplace
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven high-reach forklift experience, including double-deep racking
- Strong counterbalance forklift experience
- Experience loading and unloading trucks
- Solid all-round warehouse experience
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly
- Strong numeracy skills, including stock counting and inventory accuracy
- A strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics operations
- Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team
