Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with children and their families? Our client is seeking a dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist Contractor to join their supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team in Western Australia.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build a flexible caseload while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with developmental concerns, delays, and disabilities.

As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children
• Support children with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, autism spectrum disorder, and other developmental needs
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans tailored to client goals
• Monitor and evaluate therapy outcomes, adapting interventions as required
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators, and allied health professionals
• Participate in multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary service delivery
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and progress notes
• Contribute to community education and advocacy initiatives
• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision opportunities

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA Registration (or eligibility)
• Knowledge of paediatric assessments and interventions
• Strong organisational and caseload management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

• Previous experience in developmental paediatrics
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
• Experience working within NDIS and community-based settings
