We're seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in the design and development of a new, greenfield hospital reporting platform for a major hospital group. This is an opportunity to combine your knowledge of healthcare systems and reporting requirements with modern data technologies to help deliver a mission-critical reporting solution.
We're looking for someone who can see the bigger picture, bring a clear vision for what great hospital reporting should look like, and translate that vision into high-quality technical deliverables within a high-performance team.

The opportunity
Working on a new reporting platform from the ground up, you'll help shape the design and development of reporting capabilities that support hospital operations, clinical workflows and administrative functions.
Your understanding of hospital environments will be critical to ensuring the platform meets real-world reporting needs, while your technical expertise will help turn complex requirements into robust, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of a new hospital reporting platform from the ground up.
• Apply your understanding of hospital operations, clinical and administrative workflows, and healthcare reporting requirements to the platform's design.
• Leverage your knowledge of webPAS to inform reporting requirements and the use of hospital patient administration data.
• Develop and deliver reporting solutions using technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, dbt, SQL, Python, Azure DevOps and Power BI.
• Explore and apply AI-assisted development tools, including Claude or Codex, to support reporting platform development.
• Translate complex business and reporting requirements into quality technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with a high-performance team to deliver a reliable, fit-for-purpose reporting solution.
• Contribute ideas and technical direction to help shape the future of hospital reporting.

About you
You're a healthcare reporting professional who combines strong domain knowledge with practical technical capability and a passion for building quality solutions.
To be successful, you'll bring:

• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, clinical and administrative workflows, and healthcare reporting requirements.
• Recent, in-depth experience with webPAS hospital patient administration systems — essential.
• Strong technical skills across at least two of the following technologies:
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • dbt
  • SQL
  • Python
  • Azure DevOps
  • Power BI
• Experience building or using AI tools to support reporting platform development, such as Claude or Codex.
• The ability to understand the big picture while maintaining a strong focus on delivery and quality.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a high-performance team environment.
