Hotel Esplanade (The Espy) has been a St Kilda landmark for generations, renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, live entertainment, exceptional food and beverage offering, and unforgettable guest experiences.
We're looking for enthusiastic and passionate hospitality professionals to join our Front of House team across multiple casual roles.

What We're Looking For:
• A positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Team players who thrive in a busy, high-volume environment
• Hospitality experience preferred, particularly for Bartender and Supervisor positions
• Current RSA certificate (essential)
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a strong team culture
• A proactive approach with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
