Borger Traffic is a Traffic Management company based in Sydney, we are currently recruiting Traffic Control staff to join our growing team to service our valuable clients in NSW. We offer a family-friendly environment and reward hard work and offer career progression.
You will be responsible for implementing Traffic Management on worksites, ensuring worker safety and maintaining safe passage for all road users and pedestrians, whilst demonstrating a positive image of our company to our clients and the public.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all tasks associated with traffic management
- Use of Stop/Slow Bat to control traffic
- Implement and monitor Traffic Management Plans and Traffic Guidance Schemes
- Complete company safety checklists and risk assessments.
- Complete the required paperwork
- Report on-site hazards and near misses
- Monitor traffic flow to ensure safety is always maintained and safe operation.
- Service all clients to the best of your ability whilst on-site
To be successful, you will require:
- Hold a valid Construction White Card
- RIISS00054 Traffic Controller Skillset
- RIISS00055 Traffic Management Implementer Skillset
- Current Valid NSW Drivers Licence, preferred not essential or own reliable transport
- Pass a drug and alcohol screening test at random
- Be reliable and enthusiastic
- Work well under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Great communication skills
- Well organised
- Be a team player
