Maintenance Electrician
- Perform scheduled preventative electrical maintenance to maximise equipment uptime
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, control, power distribution and automation systems
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring faults and recommending long-term reliability improvements
The Opportunity
Primo are looking for skilled Maintenance Electricians to join our onsite teams in Chullora (Sydney) or Wacol (Brisbane). You will be hands-on in a wide range of electrical maintenance activities and benefit from strong learning opportunities through our dedicated trade training centre.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative electrical maintenance to maximise equipment uptime
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, control, power distribution and automation systems
- Respond promptly to electrical faults, alarms and breakdowns to minimise production disruption
- Maintain and optimise PLCs, control systems and electrical infrastructure for consistent operation
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, regulations, and company procedures
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring faults, participating in root cause analysis and recommending long-term reliability improvements
What You'll Bring
- New Zealand EWRB Registered Electrician licence
- Willingness to relocate to Chullora (Sydney) or Wacol (Brisbane)
- Strong technical expertise with industrial experience preferred
- Motivation, proactiveness, willingness to learn and safety-consciousness
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment
