Job Description
- Lead project outcomes across planning, design development and delivery phases.
- Manage project scope, programme, budget and quality objectives to achieve successful outcomes.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
- Provide leadership through complex project interfaces, facilitating collaboration and issue resolution.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure requirements are effectively translated into project solutions.
- Oversee design management activities and support the integration of technical, operational and project requirements.
- Drive project governance, risk management and quality assurance processes.
- Monitor project performance and identify opportunities to improve delivery outcomes.
- Support procurement, contractor engagement and commercial management activities as required.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of project deliver
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Construction Management, Project Management, Design Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex building, infrastructure or capital works projects.
- Experience in client-side, consulting or principal contractor environments will be highly regarded.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex project interfaces.
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of project controls, governance and risk management.
- Proven ability to deliver outcomes within time, cost and quality parameters.
- Experience operating at a senior management, Associate Director or Project Director level.
