As a Site Manager, you will require:
- Minimum 5 years' experience within residential construction, ideally working for a high-volume or project home builder.
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing approximately 15–20+ homes concurrently.
- Strong knowledge of detached residential construction from site start through to practical completion and handover.
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors and trades across a large portfolio of active sites.
- Excellent programming, scheduling and organisational skills.
- Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing, quality standards and WHS requirements.
- Ability to identify and resolve construction issues quickly while keeping builds progressing against programme.
- Strong communication skills when dealing with trades, suppliers, internal teams and clients.
- Current QBCC Supervisor Licence or relevant building licence highly regarded.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.

This role is ideally suited to someone who has built their career within high-volume residential construction and understands what it takes to successfully manage a large portfolio of homes at different stages of the construction programme.
