YOUR ROLE

As an Operations Supervisor within our Finished Vehicle Logistics team, you'll support the day-to-day operation of our East Arm NT site, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll lead a small team and coordinate daily activities across the site. This is a hands-on leadership position, with time spent both in the office and out supporting the operation.

We're looking for a people-focused leader who can build a positive team culture, prioritise safety, stay organised and deliver results, and we welcome applicants from any operational, customer-facing or fast-paced environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

• Lead and support a small operational team
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Coordinate daily workloads and site activities
• Support vehicle movements and yard operations
• Solve problems and keep operations running smoothly
• Promote a positive team culture and high service standards
