An opportunity has arisen for two experienced lawyers to join an established, purpose-driven organisation in Perth.
Working within a specialist in-house legal team, you will manage a range of litigation and prosecution matters, provide strategic legal advice and work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes.
These opportunities would suit lawyers from criminal law, litigation, regulatory or prosecution backgrounds who are looking to apply their expertise in a role that offers variety, autonomy and a strong sense of purpose.
The Opportunity
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing litigation and prosecution matters from initial assessment through to resolution.
- Providing legal advice on investigations, enforcement and evidentiary matters.
- Preparing court documents, submissions and legal correspondence.
- Appearing in court and managing matters throughout the litigation process.
- Advising on the interpretation and application of relevant legislation.
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver practical legal advice and effective outcomes.
