Your new role
Due to continued growth, multiple Production Hull Welders are required to join a busy workshop team based in Osborne, South Australia. You'll be responsible for completing high-quality welding and fabrication work on large structural steel assemblies while working within a collaborative production environment.Key duties include:
- MIG and Flux Core welding of heavy structural components
- Interpreting engineering and workshop drawings
- Completing work to strict quality and production standards
- Operating safely within a manufacturing environment
- Supporting production targets as part of a team-focused workshop
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous MIG and Flux Core welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience within fabrication, structural steel, heavy engineering or manufacturing environments
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
- Reliable work ethic and consistent attendance
