• Personal Care: Support clients with daily living tasks including showering, dressing, grooming, continence support, and mobility assistance.
• Transport and Community Access: Drive clients to appointments, social activities, and errands in your own vehicle while maintaining safe, courteous conduct on the road.
• Household Assistance: Help with light domestic duties such as meal preparation, shopping support, and general tidying to promote independence.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support, engage in meaningful conversation and recreational activities tailored to client interests.
• Documentation and Communication: Complete simple care notes, report any concerns to coordinators, and maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

• Current Full Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle for client transport.
• Valid police check and working with children check.
• Previous experience in disability support, aged care, home care, or similar roles is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
• Empathetic, patient, and flexible with the ability to adapt to changing client needs.
• Good communication skills, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to undergo orientation and any required training modules.
