With a strong pipeline of insurance work secured through leading insurers and loss adjusters, this business continues to experience sustained growth and is now seeking an experienced Insurance Estimator / Supervisor to join their Brisbane team.

Your new role

Working in a hybrid capacity, you will be responsible for both estimating and supervising insurance rectification projects from assessment through to completion.Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting site inspections and preparing detailed repair scopes.
• Producing accurate estimates using industry-standard estimating software.
• Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, brokers and homeowners.
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades throughout project delivery.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously across residential and commercial assets.
• Monitoring project budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and QBCC regulations.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims and repair process.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in insurance building, restoration or remedial construction.
• Strong estimating experience with the ability to prepare detailed repair scopes and costings.
• Site supervision or project delivery experience within insurance repairs, maintenance or residential construction.
• Sound understanding of building codes, construction methods and insurance claim processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• QBCC Supervisor Licence or Builder Licence required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
