Job Description:As a Home and Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes and in the community. Your duties may include personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, light housekeeping, and companionship. You will work closely with clients and their families to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes independence and enhances their quality of life.
Job Requirements:- Must be female
- Must have a full Australian Drivers License
- Must have a Police check
- Must have a Working with Children check
- Prior experience in home and community care is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
