Inbound Receiving Coordinator – Lytton
Ongoing Casual Opportunity | Temp to Perm | Immediate Start Available
We are currently seeking an experienced Inbound Receiving Coordinator to join a busy food manufacturing facility based in Lytton. This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating inbound stock movements, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting efficient day-to-day warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound deliveries, including local and imported stock
- Receive and process incoming goods using ERP/WMS systems
- Verify product quality, quantities, and documentation, including CoAs and shipping paperwork
- Assist with QA/QC procedures, sampling, and compliance requirements
- Unload trucks and containers while supporting general stock handling duties
- Ensure food safety procedures and allergen controls are consistently followed
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers
- Maintain accurate inventory records and product traceability
About You
- Previous experience in warehouse receiving, logistics, or food manufacturing
- Strong understanding of inbound logistics processes and documentation
- Must hold a current forklift licence, with high reach experience highly regarded
- Exposure to food manufacturing environments and allergen-controlled sites preferred
- Confident using warehouse systems and computer-based processes
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
